THE ORDERING PROCESS OF WEDDING STATIONERY
 
 
HERE AT DEE'S WEDDING DESIGNS WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF DESIGNING AND ORDERING YOUR WEDDING STATIONERY, A STRESS FREE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE...
 
STEP 1: Select a design that you would like and/or matching accessories from the collection you require.
 
STEP 2: Place an order by filling out our online order form or by clicking on GET A QUOTE. Telephone orders also welcome. Indicate any colour schemes to be applied and if you request samples to be sent to you. Samples are free within your order.
 
STEP 3: After receiving your order/quote, we’ll contact you by email or post to confirm that we have received it, we will then send via the post or email a break down of what you have ordered or a formal quote. This normnally takes between 1 -2 working days.
 
STEP 4: After your order is confirmed and placed, we’ll send you a digital proof of your stationery. This proof should be carefully read, checked and approved by you before proceeding with the production of your order (if you don't have email we will send the proof via the postal system).
 
STEP 5: After final approval your stationery is printed and produced and shipped to you within 21 days (depending on time of year).
 
FINAL STEP: Once you receive your order you may squeal with delight!! It’s that simple!
 
 
 
IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Deposit and Payment  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order and the balance which will be inclusive of all delivery charges and any other charges which you will be notified of.  We will not commence work on your order until the deposit has been paid and cleared into our system.
Prices are subject to change without notice, any price changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed by payment of a deposit.
Wording If you would like guest names to be printed on invitations, we will require a guest list from you. If you have ordered guest information cards, we will also need to know what information you would like printed on these. We will then confirm that you are happy with all of the wording and layouts and will normally send you a proof by email (unless you have already sent us the exact wording that you require).
Producing your order Due to the stationery being handcrafted there may be slight variations in each item produced. Where items are purchased at different stages (split orders) we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to previous orders, although we do our utmost to avoid any obvious changes in colour for you. On occasion discontinuation of supplies may occur.  We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the website are accurately represented however slight variations in colour, typefaces and layout may be experienced. In all instances you will be notified immediately prior to production to discuss options available to you.
Proofs Proofs for inserts will be posted within 7 days of receipt of your order form and deposit. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client; any changes should be marked clearly, signed, dated and returned to us. After this stage, any alterations will incur extra costs.
Delivery We will contact you by phone/email when your order is ready for delivery. All orders are sent by Courier service and will require a signature upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs during transit via the delivery service, and also for any loss incurred due to late delivery for reasons outside our control. Items such as order of service, menus and place cards are not usually completed until details of the wedding are finalised, so are sent closer to the wedding date.
Cancellation  All our wedding stationery is handmade to order and are personalised to a clients individual requirements. For this reason, cancellations of your order will be subject to any costs incurred. We will refund 50% of the deposit if order is cancelled before proofs are submitted, after proof are submitted, the full deposit is retained by Dees Wedding Designs. If the order has gone into production, then the full amount of the order is payable by the client.
We accept no responsibility and will not refund or exchange stationery where proofs have been approved by you prior to printing
